The price system and promotion strategy will be set down by Sharon, which distributors should Carry out uniformly. And all of the price adjustment belongs to Sharon.
According to the different quantity requested by distributors, We will give a different price level to make sure our big buyer will enjoy the corresponding lower purchase price.

2, Advertising campaign
we will provide a certain number of sharon promotional products and materials for free.  

3,  Product supply and transportation
"Sharon" takes on all of the transportation arrangements until our products arrive at their destination, but the carriage charges should be charged with the distributors.
"Sharon" takes on the replacement resulting from the quality of our goods.

4, Sales Activities and Service support
"Sharon"  is responsible for the after sale service of our products, and we will provide a back-up service free of charge.
 "Sharon" will never stop to develop new products to ensure the brand Competitiveness.
